Experts have made a list of products that must be included into the menu of every woman who cares about her health.

1.Fatless yogurt

Yogurt is rich with Calcium, helps to fight osteoporosis, reduces the risk of breast cancer and vaginal infections, eases the irritable bowel syndrome.

Doze: 1 cup per day.

2. Fat fish

Sea fish, namely salmon, tuna and mackerel, rich with omega-3 fatty acid, reduces the risk of blood clots formation, heart problems, stroke, hypertension, depression and in some cases protects against Alzheimer disease. 

Doze: 2-3 portions per week

3. Beans

This product contains low level of fat and cholesterol and is rich with protein and fibre. The beans help to fight heart diseases and breast cancer.

Doze: 3-4 portions per week

4. Papaya

Papaya is rich with potassium and vitamin C. This product prevents cholelithiasis. However, pregnant women should avoid papaya, as it acts as anticonceptive agent and may provoke miscarriage.

Doze: 2 slices per day

5. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are strong antioxidant and reduce the risk of breast cancer. Tomatoes also protect from negative influence of UV rays

6. Spinach

Spinach is rich with folate, which prevents heart diseases, colon cancer and mental disability.

Doze: 2-3 portions per week

7. Berries

Berries are the best natural method to prevent wrinkle formation. Powerful antioxidants in berries protect the skin from aging.

Doze: 3-4 portions per week

8. Whole grains

Whole grains help to fight blood pressure and improve metabolism

Doze: Once per day
